David Pho Paediatric Physiotherapist

David Pho is an experienced paediatric physiotherapist with depth and breadth of experience treating children of all ages, with a range of conditions.

He works full time as a senior physiotherapist at the Monash Children’s Hospital and previously at Casey Special Care Nursery. He also works casually at the Royal Children’s Hospital Pain Management Service. His comprehensive experience across inpatient units and specialist outpatient clinics provides him with particular expertise in managing paediatric pain conditions, musculoskeletal problems and supporting childhood development.

He has completed extensive further study including:

  • Bachelor of Physiotherapy with Honours (University of Melbourne)
  • Postgraduate Certificate of Paediatric Physiotherapy (University of Melbourne)
  • Specialist Certificate of Paediatric Orthopaedic Physiotherapy (University of Melbourne)

David is also a consultant physiotherapist at St John of God Hospital (Berwick) and a Monash University Physiotherapy Teaching Associate. He is also a National Paralympic Classifier for the Badminton World Federation in his spare time.

He is passionate about partnering with children and their families to reach their potential and live healthy and active lives.

When not wearing his many physiotherapy hats, he enjoys going on hikes with his family and playing volleyball.
